The day we were married, I remember waking up super early to start getting ready. While my bridesmaid Elisa was doing my make up Chris called to tell me that he had no doubts, that he loved me and couldn't wait to see me in the temple. Walking hand in hand into the sealing room and seeing it bursting with friends and family was breathtaking. The sealing was beautiful as my 86 year old Grandpa was the one who got to perform the ordinance.
November 7 was a Thursday. We had the temple all to ourselves. We came out of the temple doors and everyone was there clapping and cheering for us. Our luncheon was so much fun, my brother Michael and Chris's sister Molly gave a little toast and my bridesmaids sand a song and so did our Dads. It was so fun to celebrate our love with everyone!
Our reception was in my parent's neighbors beautiful backyard. It was exactly how I wanted it with autumn decor everywhere and romantic lighting. My dad's band played and everyone had a great time.
We're really excited to celebrate being married 7 years, and we wanted to share it with everyone. I made this little video with Chris's help, be sure to watch it all the way to the end for the Grand Finale!
As if we didn't already miss you guys, that movie makes us miss you more.

ReplyDeleteThat is so cute. Congrats on the new baby and the 7 years. My parents just moved to CO so we will be coming up for Thanksgiving. They are in Pueblo I don't know how close that is to you. It looks like you are having a blast in your new house. Congratulations again.

ReplyDeletewhen we moved to Utah we got pregnant with Charlie and when we moved to Provo we got pregnant with our girl. i would have to say that moving is one fabulous way to get pregnant! i guess it brings out the love in me :)
